For countries where it is mandatory to offer this benefit, we will automatically enroll employees, but they have the option to opt out within 30 days of enrollment. Employees will receive an invitation in their email from our provider, with instructions on how to add beneficiaries or opt-out of the health insurance.
For countries where it is optional to offer this benefit, we will enroll employees upon Customer selection during onboarding. The enrollment process is the same as outlined above.
Exceptions: In the Netherlands and Switzerland, employees will receive an invitation in their email from our provider, with complete instructions on how to Opt In, if they wish to.
