With Allianz, can an employee opt into a specific plan and switch to a different plan later?

No, the employee must remain in the plan chosen by the Customer. For countries where it is mandatory to offer this benefit, if the Customer doesn’t choose a plan, the employee will be enrolled in the Standard plan by default.
