What if the Customer decides not to offer the Allianz benefit?

If a country requires employers to provide a particular benefit, then customers must offer that benefit as an option to all employees. In such cases, the benefit must be extended to every employee, and they have the right to decline coverage if they choose to do so.

On the other hand, in countries where this benefit is not mandatory, customers have the flexibility to decide whether to offer it when onboarding a new employee.
