What are the employee and employer contribution rates toward pension?

In Denmark, employees contribute 4% of their gross salary towards pension. They have the option of increasing this amount. This amount is deducted directly in payroll on a monthly basis.

Employers contribute 8% of the employee's gross salary towards pension. We will include the cost of this on the monthly invoice.
