What is included in this pension benefit?

More than a retirement saving, the Occupational Pension scheme also includes an insurance package, which covers:

• Life insurance – base cover = 1 x yearly base salary
• Critical illness – base cover = 150.000 DKK
• Disability cover – base cover = Salary scale (combines insurance cover and financial cover from the government).
