What is the annual pension management charge for employees in the Netherlands?

The management fee (asset management) is 0.12% annually. Each month, 0.01% of the invested capital is withdrawn from the individual participant’s account. This percentage includes the temporary discount of 0.036% per year which is valid until 31 December 2025. 

After this period, the management fee will adjust to the normal rate of 0.156% per year. The management fee is charged on a monthly basis and settled with the invested capital.
