How do I delete a company user?

Only company owners can delete a user from the company account. You can do this from the Users & permissions tab.

  1. From the Users & permissions page, click on the All users section
  2. Click on the three-dot icon of the user, then click on Delete.


If a team member is an "Authorized Representative" they cannot be deleted unless you change their assignment first. After removing their assignment, the team member can be deleted.
