Will there be any costs for clients regarding the Dutch works council?

There are no immediate costs. Once the works council has been implemented, members will be able to advocate for certain things, such as better working conditions, benefits, etc. Due to such negotiations between employee and employer representatives, changes may be made to working conditions. If this happens this can result in increased costs in the long-term.
