How long does it take for an employee to be onboarded in Germany?

In Germany, we can onboard an employee in 4 business days. If the employee does not have a right to work in the country or changes to the employment agreement are required, the onboarding timeline will take longer.

An employee can only begin onboarding if: 

  • They have completed their profile on Remote and provided all the required documentation. 
  • The Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Service Order (SO) has been signed (if applicable). This does not apply to clients who accepted our Terms of Service (ToS).
