What type of contracts are available in Germany?

In Germany, we support both fixed term and indefinite contracts.

When it comes to fixed term contracts: 

  • Remote can only assign an employee to a client for up to 18 months at a time. The employee can only be assigned to the same client again if there's a break of three months between the first and the second assignment.
  • A qualified electronic signature (QES) is mandatory for fixed-term contracts.
