What documents are required for onboarding in Germany?

To successfully onboard an employee in Germany, we require the following documentation: 

  • Personal ID - Visa, Residence/Work Permit or Citizens' ID card
  • IBAN proof

These documents are optional or can be submitted later: 

  • Passport
  • SV Card
  • Health insurance provider (Any employee with a salary above €65,000 may choose between public and private insurance)
  • Municipal registration receipt certificate
  • EU blue card supplementary sheet
  • Previous visas
