To successfully onboard an employee in Germany, we require the following documentation:
- Personal ID - Visa, Residence/Work Permit or Citizens' ID card
- IBAN proof
These documents are optional or can be submitted later:
- Passport
- SV Card
- Health insurance provider (Any employee with a salary above €65,000 may choose between public and private insurance)
- Municipal registration receipt certificate
- EU blue card supplementary sheet
- Previous visas
