During a new hire's onboarding, the employee’s full name, email, start date, job title, address, and supervisor are transferred from Hibob into Remote. Once the employee’s onboarding process is complete, changes made to an employee’s details in Hibob will be synced to Remote. The Hibob fields that sync to Remote for active employees are
name, email, job title, address, and supervisor.
Note: Please note when syncing new employees from HiBob to Remote you need to choose a start date in the future. You cannot sync any start date in the past, either for a new employee or an existing one.
