What mandatory social programs are available in Italy?

An Italian employee is entitled to the following social programs: 

• Social Security
• Miscellaneous (IRAP Regional Tax and Bank Holidays)
• INAIL (Injuries Insurance)
• Health Insurance plan: Health Insurance plan is mandatory for all permanent employees. The category insurance plan depends on the collective agreement and on the level of the employee. 
• TFR - Severance Pay (”Trattamento di fine rapporto”)
