What if I agreed with my Company to receive an annual salary payable in 12 (not 14) equal instalments?

We understand that getting paid in 14 instalments does not change an employee's overall income, but lowers their monthly salary payments. Remote applies the same payment structure for all employees in Italy (14 months) and we cannot make exceptions to this. In order to increase the monthly salary, the only possible solution would be for the employee to negotiate the annual salary amount with the client.
