What supplemental benefits are available in the United States?

In the United States, we offer employees access to two nationwide group medical plans - one Preferred Provider Organization and one High Deductible Health Plan - through CIGNA. We also offer dental, vision, life, short term and long-term disability insurance through Principal, as well as additional employee-paid life and accident coverages.

A customer may not choose to offer only certain benefits, as everyone employed by Remote Technology Inc, should have access to the same benefits. All active Core benefits are mandated to be offered to all eligible employees, independent of customer preference. Employees can choose to waive the benefits that are offered. Please note, we cannot provide any additional stipends, allowances, or alternative benefits towards health benefits due to compliance reasons.
