What are some limitations that could occur during onboarding in Portugal?

When onboarding an employee in Portugal we're unable to: 

• Backdate employment agreements
• Onboard an employee without the tax number
• Onboard an employee without a social security number
• Show more paid time off (PTO) days than the legally required minimum
