What are some limitations that could occur during onboarding in India?

When onboarding an employee in India: 

  • We're unable to include Client’s name on employment agreement.
  • We're required to provide the employee with health insurance.
  • We're unable to change the salary CTC structure. The salary CTC structure is standardized for all Indian employees.
  • Filing the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) online is now a legal requirement in India. We've put together instructions on how to do this.

  • We cannot backdate employment agreements.
