Can an employee take vacation days before completing their 12 months of service?

In Brazil, employees cannot take vacation prior to completing 1 year of employment. Any days taken before this is at the discretion of the Customer and will need to be booked as “Other” on Remote. Also, it is important to note that if the Customer allows an employee to take time off prior to the completion of their 1 year of service, it will not be deducted from their balance. The time off taken before the 1 year of employment cannot be mapped as "ferias" and for this reason cannot be deducted from the employee balance.
