Can an employee apply for less than 5 days of time off?

It depends. If the employee is only given the required minimum of 30 days, then the employee should request at least 14 days in one period and 5 days in the other 2 periods. If the Customer gives more time off than legally required, the employee can take less than 5 days, and the days should be registered as “Other” on the Remote platform.
