During an employee's offboarding, Remote is not responsible for arranging the return of the employee's work equipment. Instead, we suggest the Client gets in touch with a courier company to pick up the work equipment from the employee and have it delivered to the Client's preferred location.
The Client pays the associated fees to the courier company directly while the employee boxes up the work equipment and gets it ready for pickup. In the event the Client is unsuccessful in getting a response from the employee to have the equipment returned, Remote can assist by sending a reminder letter to the employee.
