What do I need to do if my company's entity has been changed?

If you change your company's entity, it's important to update your company information on Remote to avoid compliance issues.

  1. Upload your company documents to your Remote account.
    See also: How to upload a document
  2. You will need to change your company location. To do this, go to the Company settings  tab. In the Location section, click on Edit and make the changes. 


  3. Once you've done this, reach out to us to inform us and share any updated company information you were not able to change yourself on the platform.
  4. Our compliance team will need to crosscheck your uploaded documents and updated information.
