In Australia, we support open/indefinite and fixed term agreements for both full time and part-time employees. Employees are also required to sign an additional agreement called Tripartite Secondment Agreement (TSA) to establish that the Client is not the employer and to mitigate the risks of joint-employment. This is in line with Australian market practice.
