Does Remote make any IP claims on the employee's projects which are unrelated to their work for the Host?

No, Remote doesn't make any IP claims regarding work done, even with the Tripartite Secondment Agreement (TSA). Our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement (MSA) obligates Remote to transfer all IP rights acquired from the employee to the client.
