In Israel, we support both open/indefinite contracts and fixed-term contracts. Regarding fixed-term contracts, we can only assign an employee to a Customer for up to 18 months at a time. However, one exception: If there is a break (“suspension period”) of three months between the first and the second engagement of the employee, the employee can be hired out to the same Customer again.
