What type of contracts are available in Hong Kong?

In Hong Kong, we support indefinite and fixed term contracts for both full & part-time employees.

In Hong Kong, we will use a secondment arrangement between Remote and external employees. It is recommended that employees sign this additional agreement to make it clear that the Customer will not be the employer of the employee and to mitigate the risks of joint-employment. This is in line with market practice in Hong Kong.
