What are some limitations that could occur during onboarding in Greece?

When onboarding an employee in Greece, we are unable to:

• Start onboarding without a Tax ID number.
• Start onboarding without a social security number (SSN).
• Backdate pay. The employee must be onboarded before payroll cut-off or we will have to push the pay date to the following month.
