Can I move an employee on the PAYG annual plan to a TEAM plan?

It is possible to move an employee on a PAYG annual plan to a TEAM plan but there are several things to keep in mind: 

• The annual period for the pricing plan needs to be over because we do not offer refunds or credit for annual plans.
• TEAM plans have an expiry date. While a Customer can reserve a TEAM plan seat for an employee who is currently on the PAYG annual plan, the PAYG annual plan needs to end within the 12 months covered by the TEAM plan.
