Can Taiwanese salaries be set in USD and paid out in TWD?

Unfortunately, we cannot pay Taiwanese employees in USD. Taiwanese labor law requires all salaries to be set and paid in TWD (New Taiwan Dollars) only – no exceptions allowed. This is a strict legal requirement that we must follow.
