What legislation mandates health checks in Portugal?

This is promoted within article 170a of Law no. 83/2021 and also since the Covid-19 pandemic, the Portuguese government has created specific rules for those working remotely. This is contained in the Portuguese labor code, Law no. 7/2009, of February 12, published in Diário da República no. 30/2009, Series I, 2009-02-12,subsection V, Article 170-A, point 3 which already considers all the changes made by Law no. 83/2021.
