Can I appeal a reserve decision?
Remote offers a credit review process to assess whether your standard reserve requirement can be reduced or waived.
If you’d like to request a review of your reserve requirement, please contact your Remote Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
To help us assess your request, we will ask for the following financial documentation:
- Bank statements covering the last 2 months, to demonstrate your company’s available funds
- Other relevant documentation such as recent company financial statements can also be provided
You can share these documents with your Remote Account Executive or Customer Success Manager or securely upload them through the Remote platform.
Our Credit Risk team will review the information provided to assess whether an adjustment to your standard reserve requirement is possible. These requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
We may request additional information to complete our assessment.
Please note that submitting an appeal does not guarantee a reduction or waiver of the reserve requirement.
Reserves required for non-standard employment terms are separate from the standard reserve requirement.
These reserves are intended to cover a specific employment-related obligation and will still be required even if a standard reserve waiver is approved.
