Why can’t I see BACS Direct Debit?

Your Remote account needs to be fully verified before you can add a BACS Direct Debit. If you do not see the option to add direct debit, please reach out to us so we can verify your account. Once the verification is complete, the BACS Direct Debit option will be visible.
