If you are asked to pay a reserve for an employee, this will be based on the employee’s estimated monthly gross salary, plus associated mandatory employer costs.
- 30 day invoice payment terms: a one-month reserve is required for all employees
- Extended notice periods: reserve required to cover the employee’s salary for the additional notice period
- Additional severances: reserve required to cover the guaranteed severance
- Seniority recognition: reserve required to cover the additional severance and notice period entitlements
- Non-compete: reserve required to cover the compensation to be paid for the period of the non-compete
