As the Employer, you can schedule a contractor's invoice based on any of the following frequencies:

  • One-time: one invoice will be created on a specific date.
  • Weekly: invoices will be created every week on a specific weekday (for example, every Tuesday).
  • Semi-monthly: invoices will be created twice a month on specific dates (for example, on the 1st and the 15th day of the month). This adds up to 24 invoices per year.
  • Bi-weekly: invoices will be created every other week on a specific weekday (for example, every other Tuesday). This adds up to 26 invoices per year.
  • Monthly: invoices will be created once every month on a specific date (for example, on the 15th day of the month).
For each recurring schedule, you will also be able to specify the start date for invoices to get generated and number of occurrences.
