When do EOR employees get paid?

When you get paid depends on payroll frequency in your country of residence.

When you get paid monthly

For countries where we run a monthly payroll, employees typically get paid by the last business day of the month. If this falls on a weekend, then you will receive your salary on the Friday before the weekend starts.

The exception to this is Bulgaria, where we typically pay salaries on the 15th of the month (for the previous month’s work and not for the current month). For example, we pay April salaries by mid-May.

In some rare cases, you may experience a salary delay of about two days. If you still do not receive your salary after this, please reach out to us.

When you get paid semi-monthly

For countries where we run a semi-monthly payroll, employees typically get paid on the 15th of the month and by the last working day of the month.
