When are employees supposed to add their non-local currency bank account?

New employees who are onboarded with a non-local currency contract can add their bank account as soon as they want. They are required to provide their bank account during the onboarding process. However, existing employees who are migrated from a local currency contract to a non-local currency contract must wait until the new contract is active before they can add their new bank account.
