Why is the employment verification letter request not available on my Remote profile ?

If you do not see the employment verification letter option available from the Request tab, it may be because:

  • you are not employed through a Remote entity (Direct Employees and Contractors are not eligible)
  • your Remote onboarding has not been finalized yet 
  • you are currently going through an offboarding process.
