To ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely processing of new hires, we align the issuance of employment contracts with the signature requirements specified by the country's regulations.

After onboarding is complete, should you require a stamp, wet signature, or a combination of both for visa or residency purposes, please contact us, and we will be pleased to assist you in making the necessary arrangements.

Please note that a portion of this process may depend on the Local Director, given their presence in the same country as your employment. This step is in place to expedite the document delivery process. As such, we anticipate that when you schedule appointments with local authorities, you do so with sufficient lead time, considering the potential for delays when shipping documents.
