How to assign direct reports and control which contractor's point of contact can approve

To ensure that each person with the new custom role can view, approve, and pay only specific contractors’ invoices and not all contractor invoices, check that your custom role has View and Edit Information access for contractor invoices for Direct reports only. Then assign Point of contact to each contractor from the Team tab:

1) Go to the Team tab and click on Contractors. This will help find specific contractors whose invoices need to be approved by your newly created custom role.

2) Click on the Job tab and scroll to the Point of contact field to make the edits.



3) Select the Point of contact who has the new custom role with appropriate contractor invoice permissions. Click Save.
