The Contractor Service Agreement (CSA) defines the company's relationship with the contractor. It has two parts:
- Terms and Conditions: This part of the agreement outlines the general rules of the employment engagement.
- Statement of Work: This part of the agreement outlines the contract specifics like project deliverables, service fees and duration of collaborations.
Terms and Conditions are typically signed once unless there's a desire for a complete renegotiation of the terms by the contractor. On the other hand, the Statement of Work is generally renewed every few months.
