How to downgrade a contractor from Contractor Management Plus to Contractor Management?

You can change a contractor’s plan from Contractor Management Plus to a Contractor standard plan anytime.

To do this:
1) Go to the Contractor’s profile.
2) Click on the Change Plan button in the right top corner where you see a pricing plan summary.

The downgrade doesn't affect the Contractor Services Agreement (CSA). The Contractor Management Plus coverage will continue until the end of the month following the initiation of the downgrade and a 30-day minimum notice is required for this to take effect. For example, if a contractor is downgraded on June 15, they will be covered and billed for the Plus coverage until July 31.
