If one of my employer profiles has SSO enabled, what happens when I sign in and switch profiles?

If you sign in via email and password

  • We will direct you to the employer profile that is not protected by SSO
  • When switching to the other employer profile which is protected by SSO, you will need to authenticate via SSO before you can access the profile
  • Subsequently, any switching of profiles in the same session will not require any re-authentication

If you sign in via SSO

  • We will direct you to the employer profile that is protected by SSO
  • When switching to the other employer profile which is not protected by SSO, you will need to authenticate with your password (and 2FA if enabled) before you can access the profile
  • Subsequently, any switching of profiles in the same session will not require any re-authentication
