If both employer profiles have SSO enabled, what happens when I sign in and switch profiles?

Currently, we do not support multiple companies claiming the same domain. In this scenario you would only be able to sign-in via SSO to the company with the matching SSO domain.

If you sign in via email and password

  • We will direct you to the employer profile with a different SSO domain
  • When switching to the other employer profile with matching email domain, you will need to authenticate via SSO before you can access the profile
  • Subsequently, any switching of profiles in the same session will not require any re-authentication

If you sign in in via SSO

  • We will direct you to the employer profile that has the matching SSO domain
  • When switching to the other employer profile which has a different SSO domain, you will need to authenticate with your password (and 2FA if enabled) before you can access the profile
