Offboarding insights leverages AI to analyze your offboarding data and identify important trends; then it will recommend actions you can take to improve things like high turnover, short tenure, or department-specific impact.
How to use the offboarding insights
View a self-guided demo
- From the Offboarding tab on the left-hand navigation, click the View insights button on the top right-hand corner.
- It may take a few seconds to analyze your data and generate your insights and tips. Once they’re ready, they will appear in the drawer on the right of the screen.
