What is a workflow action?

A workflow action is an event that will be performed automatically when the trigger event occurs.  A workflow can have one or more actions.

How do I set up an action?

To set up an action, you first need to create a workflow. Once you’ve created the workflow and selected your trigger, you can add the action.
