With Remote's Reports Library, company admins can easily track payroll costs and monitor spending with year-to-date summaries, all in one place. Without this tool, managers often have to gather data from different systems and spreadsheets, which can be time-consuming and lead to gaps in financial tracking.
Payroll reports are available for all customers that have the Owner, Super admin or Viewer role, or a custom role that has the Reporting & Analytics permission.

Gross-to-net monthly summary
The Global Gross-to-Net (G2N) Report offers a broader view of payroll metrics, showing monthly totals across all payroll runs. Unlike the Payroll Run-Level G2N Report in the Payroll tab, which provides detailed data for each employee per payroll run, the Global G2N Report aggregates data across all payroll runs by month. This gives management a clearer picture of payroll costs over time.
This report is available to customers using our Employer of Record (EOR) or Payroll services.
Year-to-date payroll costs
Tracking year-to-date payroll costs is essential for effective financial management. Without a clear view of these costs, it can be challenging to budget accurately and plan for the future. By maintaining a detailed report of year-to-date payroll expenses, aggregated by month, businesses gain crucial insights into their spending patterns and financial health, enabling better budget adjustments and strategic planning throughout the year.
Cost of workforce
Understanding the total cost of your workforce is key to managing finances effectively. This report provides a year-to-date summary of payroll expenses, giving businesses a clear picture of how much they are investing in their team. With this insight, companies can make better budgeting and planning decisions, ensuring they allocate resources where they are most needed.
Payroll run reports
Payroll run reports offer a detailed view of each payroll run, including gross pay, deductions, and net pay for every team member.
