What if I already offer medical benefits to my employees in the US?

You can choose to bring your benefit plans into Remote by syncing your plans and assigning SimplyInsured (SI) as your “Broker of Record”. Your health insurance costs and coverage will remain the same, but SI would become your broker.

This is advantageous because you will be able to manage the payroll cost of benefits without any manual intervention.

To do the above:

  1. Go to the Benefits tab and click on the Hired by my company section.
  2. If SimplyInsured is available in one of your legal entities, you will have the option to Sync your benefit plans.
