What you need to know about the off-cycle and December payroll deadlines in Norway

Our payroll system will be unavailable from December 23 to January 2, 2024 due to scheduled data migration. Kindly follow these deadlines to avoid disruptions.

Key payroll deadlines

1. By November 27: Submit all data for off-cycle payroll with a pay date of December 10.
2. By December 5: Submit all data for the main payroll run with a pay date of December 20.
3. Important: There will be no off-cycle payroll run on January 10. Ensure all necessary data is submitted for December’s main payroll runs.

Why this matters

Late submissions can’t be accommodated during the system downtime. Any data not included in the December main run will only be processed during the January main payroll run.
