How to order equipment for a team member

You can order a team member's equipment during the Add new hire flow or from the team member's profile. 

During add new hire flow

At the end of the Add new hire flow, after sending the invite, you can order equipment for the new hire.

From the team member's Equipment tab

You can order equipment for team members from their profile page.

Place the equipment order on Fleet

  1. If you're ready to place the equipment order, click on Order equipment while on the Remote platform.
  2. To proceed, click on Get started.



  3. You will be shown a list of available equipment for you to choose from.
  4. Once you've selected the device for this team member, you will be prompted to proceed to the Fleet platform to complete your order.

  5. Once your order is placed, you can easily access a direct link to view the details.
