Can I get an employment letter after being offboarded from Remote?

Yes, you can. Once your offboarding is complete, we automatically send you the standard and country-specific employment letters (where applicable). These documents can be found under your Files tab on the Remote platform so there's no need to request them manually. If you find any issues

with the shared documents (typos, mistakes), please contact us. 

You can also download an automatically generated employment letter through the Requests tab. Here’s how:

1. Log into your account and go to the Requests tab.
2. Click on the New Request button.
3. Select the template you need.
4. Click Download.
