How to turn on the account mimic feature

This feature helps them troubleshoot, investigate issues, and provide tailored support based on your support request. All actions taken during a mimicking session remain secure, transparent, and fully traceable. To enable this feature: 

1. On the top right corner, click on your profile icon and choose Manage account. 
2. Go to the Security section and click on the toggle icon to turn on this feature.
